Week 03

ESTABLISH PRESENCE

Website

Your website is built to sell. Using your strategy and visuals, we’ll create a one-page website with a clear message and smart structure that compels visitors to take action.

    • One-page, mobile-friendly, sales-focused Squarespace website

    • A first draft of your website copy, shaped from your strategy and voice, for you to review and refine

    • Basic SEO setup

Week 04

BUILD MOMENTUM

Content kit

We’ll secure the tools you need to keep your visuals on-brand. Building on your new visual identity, you’ll recieve a set of ready-to-use templates designed to be produced with ease.

    • Brand kit setup in Canva (includes one free year of Canva Pro) with your logos, type, colors and supporting assets

    • Drag-and-drop templates to create visuals quickly and consistently

Week 05

LEAD WITH CONFIDENCE

Launch

Your brand is ready to go live. You’ll have everything you need to launch: strategy, visual identity, website, final design files and content templates to keeps your brand consistent.

    • Final refinements to your brand assets and website

    • 30-min. off-boarding call to review deliverables, answer final questions and celebrate your launch

Process & timeline

  • The Brand Incubator is a done-for-you experience. We handle the heavy lifting so you can remain focused on running your business. To keep things moving within the five-week timeline, you’ll need to check your client portal daily (you’ll also get email notifications) for quick approvals or feedback.

    We’ll also connect for a few short calls throughout the process:

    • A 60-minute strategy session to kick things off

    • A 30-minute weekly check-in during weeks 2, 3 and 4

    • A 30-minute off-boarding call to wrap up, review, and celebrate your new brand

    That’s it. Think minimal time commitment, maximum transformation.

  • Once you submit the form, you’ll receive an email with a link to schedule your free 20-minute discovery call with Amy. During that call, you’ll talk through your goals, timeline and see if The Brand Incubator is the right fit. If it’s a match, you’ll be onboarded to our client portal where you’ll sign your contract and pay your invoice to officially secure your spot.

  • Yes, absolutely. Fifth Edit works with clients all over the world. All communication happens virtually through email, your online client portal and video calls, so as long as you have a good Wi-Fi connection and a shared enthusiasm for great design, we’re good to go.

  • Definitely. Each phase includes time for feedback and revisions to make sure your brand feels just right. You’ll review key deliverables inside your client portal, where you can leave comments or notes. My goal is to keep the process collaborative but efficient, so we stay aligned without dragging things out.

  • Great work requires focus. By keeping each cohort small, I’m able to give every client the creative attention and strategic depth their brand deserves. It’s also what allows us to move fast without sacrificing quality, so you get a premium, personalized experience and results you love in just five weeks.

  • Most of our clients want a website that looks beautiful, performs well and doesn’t require constant tech support. They want something they can actually use without needing to hire a developer.

    That’s exactly why we use Squarespace. It’s fast, reliable and built with everything a small business needs: powerful SEO tools, intuitive analytics and a drag-and-drop interface that makes updates simple. It gives us the creative freedom to design something stunning and strategic, while giving you the control to keep it running smoothly long after launch.

  • Most of our clients want to keep their brand looking consistent and professional without needing to hire a designer every time they post or publish something new. They want an easy way to create polished, on-brand content quickly.

    While Canva is not the right tool for creating original brand assets, it’s an incredibly effective platform for day-to-day execution and templated production.

    That’s why we use it. With your templates, colors and typefaces set up for you, creating new content becomes as simple as drag, drop and go.

  • For most independent creators and small businesses, absolutely. A one-page website is a focused way to guide your audience toward a clear goal, whether that’s booking a call, joining your list or making a purchase.

    Unlike large, multi-page sites that can overwhelm visitors (and owners), a one-page site keeps things streamlined and leaves a great first impression. And if your business grows beyond that single page later, the system we build makes it easy to scale when the time is right.

  • That’s totally fine, and actually pretty common! We’ll start by reviewing what you already have to see what’s working and what might need to evolve. From there, we’ll either refine and expand your existing assets or rebuild them within a stronger, more cohesive system. The goal is to create a complete, consistent brand that feels like you and functions seamlessly across every touchpoint.

  • Yes! Once you complete the off-boarding process, all design files are yours to keep. You’ll receive everything organized in clearly labeled folders, along with a link to your brand guidelines and access to your brand kit in Canva for easy day-to-day use. No hidden fees or dependencies, you’ll truly own your brand.

  • Absolutely. The first step in the process is a free, 20-minute discovery call with me. It’s a chance for us to meet face-to-face (virtually), talk about your goals and make sure The Brand Incubator is the right fit for your business.

    You’ll walk away with a clear understanding of how the process works and what to expect. No pressure, just an honest conversation to see if we’re the right match.

  • After your 5-week experience, you’ll receive a full handoff package: final files and a walkthrough of how to use your system. Plus, all Brand Incubator alumni get 20% off future consultation or troubleshooting calls for life, so you’ll always have expert support when you need it.

  • Most designers handle just one or two pieces of the puzzle — a logo, a website, maybe a PDF brand guide or a few templates. That approach leaves you guessing how everything should fit together and how to stay consistent day to day.

    The Brand Incubator takes a full-system approach, combining strategy, design, web, and implementation into one seamless process. You’ll walk away with a complete, functional brand — not just files or a static guide, but clarity, confidence and a toolkit you can actually use.

  • Yes! You can book a 30- or 60-minute consultation or troubleshooting call via email. These sessions are $200 per hour and are perfect for quick strategy questions, design guidance or help implementing your brand.
